Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our IPTV streaming service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By subscribing to or using our IPTV service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

  • We provide an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service giving access to live channels and video-on-demand content.
  • The service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account & Subscription

  • You must provide accurate contact information when placing an order.
  • Each subscription is for a single simultaneous stream unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan.
  • Sharing your credentials with third parties outside your household is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be reselling or redistributing the service.

4. Payments & Renewals

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice before your renewal date.
  • We do not store payment card details — all transactions are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the service.
  • You must not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

6. Service Availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
  • We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content delivered through the service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not record, redistribute, or publicly display any content received through the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may terminate your access immediately for breach of these terms without a refund.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
